DEXTER is a no rules approach to American BBQ brought to you by Adam Goldblatt, Sam and Tom Peasnell. Our meatery features the best Australian produce which is treated the right way. Chefs Tom (Pitt Cue Co, London) and Adam (Homeslice, London) pay homage to the low and slow traditions of American BBQ utilising smoking, chargrill techniques and pair this with flavours from Mexico, China, France and alike. If you’re feeling carnivorous, this is the place to whet your appetite..! I love the straightforward and simple menu. Honestly you really can’t go wrong with any dish here. Favourites are the succulent melt-in-the-mouth beef brisket and caramel short ribs. The strip loin steak is a close second followed by the sweet, tender pork belly. The sides are perfect - creamy mash, pickles and slaw complement the rich meat. Wait staff are super easy going, relaxed yet attentive. One of my all time favourite places.

It was a beautiful dinner and the outstanding service made it all the better. It was a really perfect night, we sat outside and I wouldn’t have known the difference whether we were inside or not. They were so accommodating when I asked for a few extra things for my kids, great place and we will be back.

Great selection of sharing plates, intimate setting excellent service a standout was Madison. Also fantastic warm greeting by Manager Fabio. Overall an excellent place for very tasty sharing plates and an equally impressive drinks list. We will be back.
