August is a restaurant that sits in the old heritage church on Dornoch Terrace, West End. Our dining room is surrounded by objects, art, and the original pitched church ceiling and stained glass windows. Our menu is influenced by regional food from France, Italy and SpainAugust is open for dinner from 5pm on Wednesday - Saturday, and from 12pm for Sunday Lunch. Modern Australian Restaurant and Cafe sourcing produce from small, local farms to highlight some exciting Queensland produce, menu driven by ex-Tasmanian chef, Darryl Zeitzen who previously was only able to be booked privately for bespoke events around Queensland. With a quiet and peaceful Alfresco area, Good Grace is a a true escape and nice place to relax. Organically sourced coffee and with quality produce and sustainability at the forefront of the restaurant offering. Good Grace also has a large courtyard/beer garden and function space for up to 100 guests at the rear of the restaurant. Excellent food on Sunday Lunch Sardine with fermented carrots on sourdough had balanced acidity The truffle stracciatella and hazelnuts/fresh figs was a cool dish with refreshing complexity Pork and cold iceberg was a brilliant Sunday roast On balance I would drop the music volume and mix it up on the playlist I will be back for excellent service and eclectic food.❤️😇

This was the first time we had dinned there and it was amazing. Them food was outstanding and high quality. Them food came out fast and we didn’t have to wait long. The staff were friendly and the service was great. Thank you an can’t wait to come back

Brunch is always an absolute treat at Good Grace. Incredibly dog friendly. The staff are absolutely fabulous and the food is unique ie not something we would or could prepare at home grnerous servings. The best freshest local ingredients. Congratulations again to Darryl and his team 🤗
