The Bibendum Oyster Bar - a local stalwart - is steered masterfully under the direction of Lyon born 2 Michelin-starred chef Claude Bosi. The large tiled foyer of the great Michelin building remains, and it’s great for a glass of fizz and a few oysters (there are always many varieties to choose from), and also perfect to stay a bit longer for a more leisurely lunch or dinner. Expect plenty of fresh seafood; oysters, langoustine and the signature seafood platters - alongside a comprehensive yet affordable wine list. Goede ontvangst, bediening en eten erg goed. Wel een beetje prijzig maar kwalitatief erg goed. Ook fijne bediening. Wel redelijk luidruchtig maar dat hoort er bij😊
