The food was exquisite, we had a beautiful view of the Portneuf River. Our server was excellent. A wonderful,dining experience.

We have eaten at Park & A Italia a few times now and the experience has been consistently very good. Nice atmosphere, great food, very authentic Italian. Our server this time, Reagan, is truly good at her job. She is very professional and consistently showed up exactly when we needed her with what we needed without us even thinking about it. Very well done. This time I did the pot roast and it was terrific with a huge portion. I have tried nearly everything on the menu and have never been disappointed.

Lovely spot for Sunday brunch in downtown Idaho Falls.

We’ve stayed at the hotel near Jakers before and ordered takeout. This time we made plans to go inside and eat and both times it was wonderful. Food cooked well and delicious. Great waitress who was very attentive. And an atmosphere conducive to good conversation.

Service was good, energetic and enthusiastic...., however we did feel rushed. The food came out quick and hot and overall was exactly as expected. The quality and quantity satisfied and we had no complaints. There is usually a wait for weekend nights, so booking preferred seating via the open table app had us seated perfectly on time...to the dismay of many people who had been waiting for some time. Overall, this chain is on par for a great meal that is a refreshing change over other chains in the area. Give it a try if your in the mood for seafood!
