After meeting in the Tunisian village of Sousse, where their grandmothers were neighbours, Alexis and Alexandre decided to unite their roots around a restaurant: Mabrouk - the new Tunisian temple in the Haut Marais, with its thousand-year-old traditions from the East and its reinvention of typical and emblematic dishes. donne un avis moi soutenu : Un lieu original en plein cœur de Paris, des cocktails excellents et un personnel attentif ! La mousse au chocolat du Chef est tout simplement divine. Après avoir discuté avec lui, il est clair que son savoir-faire s’explique par son expérience auprès de Cyril Lignac.
