We had a wonderful dining experience at Roots this evening and it was so refreshing to see a return of excellent service. It has been hit and miss the last couple of years, but tonight’s dinner restored all faith in Roots. All the food items were great but the service provided by Edgar was exceptional.

Absolutely fantastic! The food, the service, the ambience was perfect! Juan, our server, was friendly, and attentive. So far the best place we have eaten in Puerto Rico!

We had a wonderful dinner at Palio. We tried a couple of their signature cocktails and they were excellent. We shared the fried zucchini appetizer and the Caesar salad. I enjoyed the Sea Bass as my entree and it was prepared to perfection. We also enjoyed the Gnocchi and it too was excellent. The service was outstanding and we will definitely go again when we are back in February.

This was our second visit this year. Excellent service from Harold. The mofongo was delicious!

Food and service was excellent, but wish dishes were not a la carte. For example, if you order the organic chicken, which is fantastic, it should include a side. Instead you have to order separately and it becomes unreasonable.
