Mia Margherita’s coal-fired oven celebrates pizza in its original intention. Our pizza dough is made in house. Every pizza is hand stretched and tossed by our pizzaiolos in front of our guests. The intensity of the coal-fired heat allows us to produce a very light, beautifully crispy, Neapolitan-style pizza. Cetara, our server, was amazing. A true professional. The food and drinks were perfect and everything came out very timely. the manager Mark and his staff really strive to provide a top notch dining experience and that is what we got. Great job to the team at 10 Prime for all their hard work day in and day out!
