Experience dining approximately 30 feet below ground in historic caverns that were hand built in the 1800's. Accidentally discovered in 2018 during the building of our parent restaurant, Hudson and Essex, we have refurbished the caverns once used to store beer before air conditioning into a one of a kind dining experience. Every Friday and Saturday night we provide an 8 course dinner with wine pairings from our home winery ( Cypress Hill Winery ) using wines made with California grapes. Prepaid reservation only. I had the flank steak with the churrasco rub. It was fabulous!!! I asked for the Marys potatoes instead of french fries and was really happy with that. My spouse had the French dip which we believe is the best French Dip found anywhere! The service was good and the new resaurant is lovely.

If you want a quality dining experience, this is the place try. Excellent service and the food was fantastic. Our waiter Reed was the best! And we got to meet the owners and have a wonderful fill-on on the history of the place. Loved the experience.

The food was great! We had a long wait as they had a huge party prior to our arrival but our server was awesome. It was my husband's birthday so because of the wait they up graded a desert for him!!
