Catering for everyone from large families and staff parties to couples and friends looking for something a little different.Established in the summer of 2013, Ole Ole Tapas was the brainchild of both Amador and Alison bringing their expertise and decades of experience of the catering industry to flourish in their very own tapas restaurant. Originally born in the Canary Island of Lanzarote (where the family originally came from) their daughter and both sons decided to join their family venture and follow in the footsteps of their parents and grandparents. Stacey and Paul sensed something was missing from the Lincoln dining experience. Paul had always had a passion to open up an independent restaurant and as a local girl Stacey recognised that although Lincoln is a historical City and a very dynamic and growing City, there was a clear need for a relaxed restaurant experience that combined history with modernity.

Ole Ole has been around for a good few years but it's still so consistent - the food is always tasty and the service and atmosphere are friendly and welcoming. No wonder it's always busy!

Had lunch for my wife’s birthday and it was superb. Menu selection A1 particularly if you like fish. Service and attitude was excellent by all the staff and the little “extra” birthday plate was unexpected and delightful. Would highly recommend the White Horse for good food, good service and a lovely experience. Well done to Rob and all the staff.

In the middle of a busy Christmas weekend, we had a lovely relaxing meal. The food was delicious and the service very helpful. It was so nice to be able to look out of the window at a very festive Lincoln.

We came on Wednesday 2nd October in the evening after a recommendation from someone in the village and had such a lovely experience. We both had the rump steak and were pleasantly surprised at how delicious it was. The member of staff on shift was excellent so friendly and attentive. We had our newborn so eating out can be a bit stressful but were made to feel welcome and looked after. Great value for money we’ll be back soon.
