So you ask why Wanda Byob? Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. I now want to share what I've learned with all of you in a place I can call my own.With the help of my wonderfully supportive wife, Gilda and my wonderful family behind me, I look forward to what's to come.     A wonderful meal off the newly updated menu. Service is always very good and friendly. I was a little disappointed I had noted the occasion was for my girlfriends birthday and there was no mention of it. I didn't make anything of it as it was just she and I and everything else was very good.

    My wife and I had dinner for her birthday. It was very good. The ambiance was perfect for our dinner for two. We went around 5 and it started to get busy about the time we were finishing up. The service and food were very good. We loved our caprese salad with the roasted peppers. We realize it’s an Italian restaurant but weren’t thrilled with the dessert options - not a huge deal. I’m sure they are great. But luckily there is an ice cream place 800 ft away with plenty of options. We had a great time. We will definitely be back to try more of their homemade pastas.

    Phenomenal dining experience whenever we go, and we try to go often! Can’t rave enough about the sushi/sashimi and other offerings. Have never had any dish that wasn’t superb!
