“Tankuma” was born on the banks of the Takase River in Kyoto, famous for “Takase Fune” at the beginning of Showa period.     What a fabulous experience! We loved our evening at Another C. Chef was attentive and informative and welcoming. We loved sitting at the counter, both chatting among our group of four adults and watching him at work preparing an amazing meal. You don’t order - just take your seat and enjoy the experience. Be sure to make a reservation! The restaurant sits up a few floors in its building with a good, new vantage point on its corner of Kyoto which was also fun. Would do it again for sure!
