Founded in 2014 in Chicago by cousins Jared Rouben (Brewmaster) and Jeremy Cohn (CEO), Moody Tongue is built on the philosophy of culinary brewing, appealing to those with a discerning palate or, as Rouben describes, a "moody tongue." Overall the experience was good. We was giving the wrong bottle of wine but they did t fuss about it they quickly justified the situation. My only dislike is the music is too loud. Felt like I was yelling to my husband the whole night.

Excellent varied menu but a little limited in options. Amazing flavors. Don't skip the chicken wings (unless you are sensitive to fish sauce). Didn't have time for dessert but wanted them all. Grilled seafood next visit. You won't be disappointed with HaiSous
