Our newly refurbished restaurant is now open. Join us for relaxed beachside dining with the most stunning backdrop of Blackpool Sands. Our Head Chef Sam has created a range of fantastic dishes from beachside staples to seafood specials. Join us daily from 9am to 4pm; with breakfast served until 11.00am and lunch available until close. Teas, coffees, drinks, cakes and pastries served all day. Welcome to The Elephant Restaurant The Elephant is a bright, informal restaurant which is situated near the beautiful Torbay harbour. It was the first restaurant in Torquay to be awarded a Michelin star which it maintains today. We aim to source all our ingredients locally and sustainably, many from our dedicated farm in Brixham. It starts with the ingredients. The ingredients were excellent quality and the food was amazing. Local Salcombe beers and ciders complimented local seafood.

We had a great evening meal in The Kitchen at Gara Rock. The food was delicious and a good portion size and the service was friendly and attentive. Beautiful surroundings too.

Our group of four arrived to find a table reserved for us and the staff were expecting us. We were shown to out seats, provided with menu’s and served drinks by a very pleasant employee called LULU. We all chose fish and chips and the food was nicely cooked and we didn’t have to wait that long for it. All in all a very pleasant evening.

We had a fantastic experience at the Millbrook on a return visit. The staff were incredibly attentive and knowledgeable about their dishes, as well as being really polite and friendly. The food was excellent as always. Can highly recommend all round. Thank you to the Millbrook for a lovely evening.
