Chef Tom Bidios found himself lost in the Deep South of Northern America whilst travelling and there discovered his passion for the soulful food that is at its core. A cuisine that’s yet to be fully explored in Perth but is soulful, homely and undeniable delicious. Expect to not only experience things more familiar like Oysters, Wood fired meat, fried chicken & croquette’s … because that is just the beginning. We enjoyed the food, the service and our surroundings! There is plenty of parking, although when it's busy there could be a fair distance to walk! But there is enough room to drop off someone at the door if need be 😏 Will definitely be going again 😊
