We only serve quality wines and beers and the tastiest food which is sourced from local suppliers. Adam Ellis our Exec Chef has designed our menus with a wide variety of options for special diets and with just a little tweak can be altered to suit the majority or diets. He has worked at some of the country's most prestigious restaurants including Raymond Blanc's 2 Michelin starred 'Le Manoir aux quat saisons' and more recently 2 Michelin starred 'Moor Hall' in Lancashire - Winner of first place at The Estrella Damm National Restaurant Awards.
