Cobbler's Bar is one of Westport’s best traditional pubs offering customers fabulous food from its dedicated kitchen, a relaxed atmosphere and welcoming staff. We found this gem of a place 2 years ago and travel from sligo to eat here. The staff are lovely, the athmosphere is peaceful and calm. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children, the menu is easy to read and has a good choice. The dumplings are a firm favourite we enjoyed the platter. Having a variety was nice. Its lovely to go to a restaurant where the food is really fresh, its light but very tasty and great value for money. 5 starters, 4 main courses, drinks for 119 euro. Compared to what we normally pay this to us is great value for money. Looking forward to our next meal there.

We arrived late but the host was fine about it. Lovely man had a laugh with us. He (John) took our order let us try the 2 sauces as we were not sure which one to order. He was a very polite and pleasant man. The place was lovely except it was cold we didn’t take out jackets off. And the radiators were off. They bring out a deserts as it was one of my friends Brady and they all sang it was a very lovely evening. It was steak night and the value for money was amazing. The food was delicious. We had ordered 3 fillet steaks but they ran out so my other friend had the sirloin. All steaks were cooked to perfection Will definitely recommend and we be going back again
