A modern oyster bar focusing on Southern cuisine, highlighting fresh seafood and seasonal vegetables to share. Saltine, named as a nod to the plain cracker often served with seafood, pays homage to Jackson's rich history with oysters and seafood. Oysters are sourced from the Gulf of Mexico, east and west coasts and Canada and served raw, smoked, wood-fired and fried. Lamb chops with the broccoli and mashed potatoes underneath the lamb chops you can’t beat it!!!!! Will be attending again and again. If you’re looking for an extravagant night to go on a date or surprise birthday dinner this is hand downs the best place to go.

Reserved table was perfect. Around a vast majority but still felt very much secluded. Despite busy crowd, service was still fast. Food and drinks, always fresh and delicious! 10/10! Will be back soon!
