Paloma opened in 2022 in The Van Aken District by Carl Quagliata and Zach Ladner’s Q&L Hospitality.Paloma has been led by two remarkable young women who have been part of the Q & L Hospitality family for more than a decade. Alyssa Ladner serves as the General Manager, overseeing the front of house and the beverage program. She collaborates closely with Chef de Cuisine Ky’tana Bradley, who manages the kitchen.Originally launched as a casual taco concept in 2022, Paloma has transformed over the past two years into something much more sophisticated. While tacos remain available at the bar, our dinner menu now showcases a selection of artfully crafted appetizers, main courses, and desserts, with steaks being a highlight.     We originally found the restaurant on TikTok so we planned on coming to the haunted house restaurant for our 7 year anniversary! The environment was amazing, the food was amazing and service was amazing! We drove 2hrs and 33 minutes to come to the restaurant! We definitely loved every minute of it! We definitely will be coming back!

    We loved our dishes - the new shaved rib eye And lobster roll. I already miss the BLT. Waitstaff wonderful, atmosphere top notch. Pricey, but feels like a good value as everything is excellent. So I guess I’m saying it’s worth it.

    We have always loved the food and experience at Cooper’s Hawk! Today we ordered their Thanksgiving dinner which didn’t taste quite as expected. Lots of food however the turkey was very dry. Very dry. They didn’t hardly put more than a tablespoon of gravy on top. No gravy on the potatoes. Green beans also needed lots of seasoning. The stuffing and pecan praline cheesecake were the best parts of the meal.

    The Sunday Brunch was excellent! Very nice selections & especially the fresh waffles with fresh fruit. Along with the omelette station. The chef was great, you could tell he enjoyed cooking up fresh food. Our server was very attentive & kind. It was a great brunch & environment.

    Absolutely wonderful! Food is great, service was awesome. Only gripe is you cannot order some of the bar menu items in the restaurant part.
