Great service in a great atmosphere. It is very helpful to be in a non smoking ambience as many places allow smoking in Egypt. Great sushi and Asian food. Definitely worth the visit

Sapporo Japanese Restaurant Located within the Sheraton Cairo, this restaurant has a sleek setting, nice decor. With a rather extensive menu, the sashimi selection is great, the scallops teppanyaki is rather disappointing, too saucy, and the hibachi fried noodles was overcooked. Some of the floor staff was professional while others not so much, eating and chatting loudly behind the sushibar counter.
