Drawing fresh local produce from a community of local Hunter Valley producers and growers, as well as from the Hope family’s own Angus cattle farms in the lush green pastures of the Upper Hunter, the menu is a culinary experience of the region best shared with a loved one, or with family and friends around the table.Within view - or easy walking distance - is the kitchen garden where the kitchen and gardening teams tend to a growing section of edibles including herbs greens and native ingredients. You have the option to sit inside or outside over looking the lake and golf course. We had a group of 10 there wasn’t any table service so had to order food and drinks at the bar and it was very easy and quick and when the food arrived wow it was fantastic everyone was very pleased.

It has been a long time since we have such an amazing dining experience. Tower restaurant is amazing. Each element that makes for a wonderful dining experience was outstanding. We would not hesitate to recommend Tower Restaurant and look forward to the next time we can return.
