Food was great, service was attentive and quick. Very short wine list - apparently the idea is to visit the wine shop next door and buy a bottle instead. The glass of beaujolais I had was very good. Prices are quite reasonable for upscale French.

Le Boullon is always great place to enjoy and evening of fine dining and wine. The ambiance was elevated with our server Mia's positive and attentive attitude to our dining questions. :)

Overall, great experience! Love the wine dispenser setup to try several wines. We had the cod, beef bourguignon and cassoulet. All were good. I love cassoulet and this one was a bit watery and bland, so just ok on that dish. Great service and ambiance. Will be back to try other dishes. Nice that there is a French restaurant in the Old Market area.

Decided to check out this spot for a celebratory dinner and it did not disappoint. Was very pleased to see that they were offering a 3 course tasting menu that individuals at the table could order. I did the tasting menu while my wife ordered a la carte, with an additional bread service. Like many French restaurants, service is slow in terms of how long it takes for each dish comes out to the table. That is not a bad thing, just something to know about if you're in a "rush". We were not and had no issue with that, as we wanted a relaxing night out. The wait staff were always attentive at our needs ie. drink refills etc. Very friendly and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the dishes we had. Everything was to temperature, fresh, and well prepared. Portion sizes were generous. I don't know what kind of crack was in the clam appetizer, but OOF, so tasty!! The wine and drinks offered were also very tasty, reminded us of some wines we had while traveling abroad in Europe. All in all, a great restaurant and nice addition to Omaha! We look forward to returning on out next special occasion.

Fantastic experience! Love the art and attention to details. The food was fresh and vibrant. The selection of wine was amazing. I wish there was one in Lincoln!
