Located lakeside in the town of Prior Lake, Minnesota, Charlie's on Prior is a neighborhood restaurant and marina, open year round.

Charlie's on Prior is split between two levels, each with it's own atmosphere and menu. Our upstairs is a wide open space with a visible kitchen line, 20 bar seats and a patio that seats an additional 50 people, offering brunch on the weekends and full lunch and dinner everyday. The Landing, downstairs includes our 12 seat bar and small/ large group seating, the Waterfront , out over the water, includes high-tops, VIP, 8-12 people picnic tables, and dog-friendly seating options, offering a quick-serve menu for those boating in for a quick bite. The Ghost Light Inn’s restaurant, Stella, is inspired by local ingredients from the region’s best farmers and artisans. The main dining room offers a mix of freestanding tables and booths. During the winter months, reservations for outdoor tables are not available. Parking in New Hope can be hard to come by. The parking lot located in front of Stella is owned and operated by the Bucks County Playhouse. Stella cannot validate parking. When valet is present the cost to park is $30. When valet is not available, spaces are metered and paid for via the ParkMobile app. 100% of all parking proceeds directly benefits the betterment of the Bucks County Playhouse.
