   Menu looked good but in reality, food was awful. My order was messed up, and to begin with they tried to convince me that was what I ordered but then later acknowledged their error. When I eventually got my food, I was completely underwhelmed. My friend ordered the pork belly mac and cheese and it was not anything like she expected either. Service was also pretty bad - felt like we were interrupting the bar staff to order food, and the food took a long time to come. I used a taste card, so it was 50% off, but even with such a massive discount, I can’t say the food was worth the price we paid. Wouldn’t recommend eating here unless you had no other choice and don’t care about the quality of the food or service.

   I had booked a table for 2, however we were asked to sit at a table near the entrance, which was not very nice due to noise. I had planned this for my friends birthday. Music seems to always be the same. Service was ok, after some clarification as the barman was not aware of drink prices. Overall we did manage to enjoy ourselves. Thanks

   Loop Bar is a nice secluded venue off of Oxford Street. Visited during the week and it was perfect for a quiet afternoon meal. Unfortunately my preferred steak was not available, so I had a smaller sirloin (pout) while my husband had the only available ribeye, but a lovely meal nonetheless. Waiter was kind and attentive. No complaints and superb value with special offer. Quite enjoyable!

   We didn't stop to eat because on entering the bar it had a funny smell to it.

   Great food, questionable service, insanely priced drinks (a G&T which was not listed on the menu but ended up being about three times the price of a cocktail?!) Massively out of kilter with what was a very reasonably priced and tasty lunch. Left in a bit of shock but in the confusion should have challenged the bill or had service taken off - disappointing.

   I was very pleased with costumer service. The blonde lady and Korean lady were lovely. (I didn't catch their names )

   We booed here and enjoyed the food. The service was a bit hit and miss but friendly. The food was OK too. Be aware as one wall is part of a bar/ nightclub below ground. This is good if you want to join in afterwards, otherwise can be noisy and overbearing on ambiance front!

    So below our expectations from the description here. Has the ambience and decor of a student bar upstairs. Music too loud to be able to easily chat. Went to the restaurant for our 7.45 booking and we were the only diners. At all. All night. Just us. While we are the staff were moving furniture around us to make way for "student night". The menu was very poor with nothing imaginative, and very little vegetarian. Thank god I wasn't on a date...
