THE MARIPOSA located on Level 3 of Neiman Marcus ALA MOANA greets you to a panoramic view of the Ala Moana Beach Park located directly across. Enjoy seating in our Dining Room, or on the Lanai.

Mariposa Restaurant boasts a spectacular ocean view and extraordinary cuisine from Executive Chef Lance Kosaka.

Find your favorite menu items plus new selections too. Open daily for Lunch: Sunday 11am - 4:30pm (last seating), Monday - Saturday 11am - 3:00pm (last seating)

Our Sunset Lounge Menu is offered Thursday 5pm -7:30pm, Friday 5pm - 7:30pm & Saturday 5pm - 7:30pm (last seating)

Enjoy a commanding view of the Friday Night Fireworks display from any seat in the Restaurant or on the Lanai.

The menu was very limited and changed yet again. There just wasn't much to choose from at all. I wanted a glass of champagne, and I believe the menu incorrectly reflected the champagne's origins. I get sick from American wines, which is why I like champagne, and they were listed on their menu as having all come from Nevada. So, I passed on the wine. Some of my favorite menu items were missing, and when I asked for vinegar for the fries, I was served balsamic vinegarette and then white distilled vinegar. This might sound a little snobby, but the fact that a fine dining establishment wouldn't know the difference makes me wonder who's in charge and how much experience they have. Lastly, because Neiman Marcus closes at 7 pm, we were let out to the parking lot, which is kind of dumb. Wouldn't you want people who just spent money to dine here, to shop here on a full stomach, on a Saturday night? Again who's coming up with this overall experience doesn't seem to match the name and brand that is Neiman Marcus. I can only hope this message gets to someone who can and will be willing to make a difference. Regardless, the choice to dine here again is very low for me.

If you are looking for a location that tries to make your special day special Mariposa is definitely a recommend. Servers were amazing at making sure everything was perfect for my anniversary and timed everything so perfectly. Would definitely make another reservation!!

In ambience, food and service, Mariposa consistently excels. I have never had a bad meal there, and the servers are more than reliable--they exude professionalism and kindness. I have taken many guests there, and they all wholeheartedly agree that there is no finer dining room than Mariposa for an all-around gold-standard experience. Here is a dining room that is elegant without being pretentious and as warm and inviting as it impeccable. Much, much gratitude for providing a dining room that is at once a sanctuary and a temple of all good things. Mahalo.

Our experience was outstanding! We had very attentive waiters and food was great as always. wagyu beef was extra special. Ahi sandwich was also very good and tasty.
