Martini's Grille was a request by our daughter for her birthday. The restaurant was decorated for the holidays and very festive. We had a wonderful experience from being seated to dessert! The staff made my 16yr old and 18yr old feel very welcome and included. My husband tried the seasonal soup and it was amazing. I had an exceptional martini and the girls enjoyed the warm pretzel appetizer. Our dinners were varying but the steaks were cooked perfectly and the sides we shared were also as perfectly made. We celebrated the birthday with the Big 'Ole Ice Cream Cake with a sparkler and it made the evening!

The service was the slowest we have ever had at Martinis. It was disappointing. Our main waitress at one point said our food would be out in 4 minutes because we had been waiting so long and it was about 20. When we were seated we had to wait a much longer time than normal and when b she did come she said she would be back to take our drink order as the bar was really backed up. At the end we had a different waitress who seemed much better. She would communicate with us in a few words and make eye contact which hadn’t been throughout this experience.

Had to wait a bit between courses. Sides are charged separately which is disappointing. Food and atmosphere were great. The drinks are amazing.

We grazed and ordered medium (steak temp) for most of our steaks and they were all well done. They forgot one filet for our graze. One chicken lip had a thick skin on it that couldn’t be cut. Was not expecting a close to 27-28% gratuity charge for 7 people.
