                                                                                    Took my family there for Christmas Eve dinner. Server was Diana. One order was for a medium Prime Rib. It came bloody rare when we sliced it. We called our server and requested for it to be cooked a bit more. It came back charred, dry. Server took it back to the kitchen as it was inedible so my daughter just ate the rest of my steak. We still got billed for the whole meal. We had to ask for it to be removed from the bill directly from the manager cause our server was nowhere to be found. We never got checked on after our food was served. We literally had to request forks so we could start eating as our meal was getting cold. Our water was never refilled. I understand it was Xmas eve but they seemed plenty staffed. For the price of the food, the quality and service did not match. Disappointing experience on a special family night.

                                                                                    Food and service were okay. I had an excellent Prime Rib. The place feels a little "factory" and lacks the cool-factor. Anyway, it was a good meal and worth the trip.

                                                                                    It was my very first time dining there. And it will be my last time dining there. Five minutes after ordering our Appetizers. They came out, the crab dip was lukewarm almost cold. We think it was someone else’s. That they didn’t want. And they just gave to us. The fried oysters my friend ordered. Came out soggy, which doesn’t make sense. They had to send it back. To be cooked longer so they actually taste fried. My fish tacos were soggy. Because of all the juice from the sauce. If the shell was supposed to be crispy it wasn’t.

                                                                                    Good menu for a business or friendly lunch. Service is good. Prices a little high for the selections and quality. Noisy and busy so great of you like that atmosphere. Tough to have a 1:1 chat on busy happy hour days.

                                                                                    Food and server was good. However, I made a reservation for five people at least two weeks ago. We were given a booth that sat 4 and a chair stuck on the end. No excuse for that and super disappointing.
