The wine tier you choose will not change the quantity, but rather the quality, platinum being the highest, top shelf option. Other beverage options: wine by the glass or bottle, craft cocktails, non-alcohol choices. (All prices are per person and do not include tax or gratuity.) Dining time: 7 course is 2.5 to 3 hours, 10 is 3.5 to 4. Groups over 6, add 60 min to expected dining time. Reservations require credit cards.
