Taking inspiration from the night markets of Asia and his Korean-American childhood, Chef Edward Kim pairs eastern cooking techniques with Chicago ingredients to create umami-laden flavors, juxtaposing tastes and textures for a wildly exciting menu.                                           Found this place thru Michelin’s distinctions and it was amazing! Every dish melted in your mouth! Highly recommend! Neighborhood gem! Must have reservations even on a Monday night.

                                          Food was an absolute banger. My third time here and finally got the chance to try the burger, it didn’t disappoint! Service is also the best. Shout out to Miguel for being super attentive.

                                          Great date night spot! We really enjoyed the lively atmosphere, the service was prompt but not overbearing, food came out super quick but was spaced out enough to give us time to finish the previous dish. Drinks were pretty good. I would highly recommend the short rib and fire chicken. We will definitely back as we hop to try both cabbage options, the steak kalbi, and the famous Mott St. burger.
