Taking inspiration from the night markets of Asia and his Korean-American childhood, Chef Edward Kim pairs eastern cooking techniques with Chicago ingredients to create umami-laden flavors, juxtaposing tastes and textures for a wildly exciting menu. Stressed upon seating to get burger order in before 7 before learning you just have to be seated before 7 Otherwise was great! We did the chefs menu

Fantastic burger... As advertised. The Shrimp and Grits were delicious, and the coffee was fantastic. I'll certainly be back again.

The garlic rice has a lot to be desired and a lot of the food didnt have flavor. The best items were the oster mushrooms and the jackfruit. Everything else lacked a lot of flavor.

We did the chef’s menu which was a good variety of the most popular dishes. Only downside is it didn’t include any seafood options. Cocktails were all great.

First time in for brunch and it was phenomenal! The service was quick and very attentive. Great vegetarian options too! Will be back!
