   De bediening was een beetje verwarrend voor dit niveau van restaurant. Iedereen kwam dezelfde vraag stellen, 4 keer zijn ze komen vragen of we water wilden enz. Een van de garçons wou zijn keuze nogal wat te fel aan ons opdringen. De tafel was zeer onstabiel. Buiten dat was het eten wel heel lekker en het zicht heel mooi.

   The food was excellent. One server, Ivy, was wonderful. She saved the night for us. The captain, Martin, was rude and unwelcoming. Most of the team made it seem as though we were annoying them by being there.

   Service was excellent, ambiance was nice, not much has changed since was last here several years ago - felt that some renovations / updates would have helped. Table was incredibly off balance because of the carpet. Duck was phenomenal, lamb shank was cooked perfectly, drinks were great, but otherwise was not as impressive as I remember. A lot of the other main dishes (fried rice, lobster shu mai, ma mignon) were nothing you can’t find in a general Beijing / Cantonese style restaurant.

   I always need to stop by Mr. Chow in Las Vegas. The food, Service, and ambiance are outstanding.

   Mr. Chow at Caesars Palace delivered some of the best duck I’ve ever had—truly exceptional. Every course was outstanding, making the meal itself an unforgettable experience. However, the service left much to be desired. While generally attentive, the staff felt a bit robotic, and when our group of 12 politely asked to split the check into two, we were met with unnecessary pushback and attitude. Our server claimed their system would “freeze up” if they attempted to split the check—a claim that, at a restaurant of this caliber, felt more like an excuse than a technical limitation. Another major issue was the unexpected price jump. I visited as part of a large group dinner I coordinated while traveling for business. Just to be sure there were no surprises, I did my due diligence ahead of time and shared the menu from their website with our CFO to ensure everything was pre-approved. Yet when we arrived, the same menu was presented with prices more than double what was listed online. This unexpected discrepancy added undue stress to what should have been a seamless, high-end dining experience. At $120+ per person for food alone, I was expecting better service and full transparency on pricing. While the food is undeniably incredible, the handling of basic customer service and ethical pricing practices left a sour taste.

   Mr. Chow is not your average Chinese food. We have been dining here for years and it’s amazing. The ambiance and service are top notch. The must have dishes are glazed prawns, lobster vermicelli, drunken fish, ma mignon, Dungeness crab, green prawns and, of course, the duck. And if you have room, the coconut cake is sublime. There are few gourmet dining experiences as good as Mr. Chow. Enjoy!

    Food was cold. Expensive for no reason other then. Location which I get. But cold food no. Waiter was great.
