Jack Timmons grew up in Texas and has lived in Seattle for over three decades. In 2012, he attended BBQ Summer Camp at the Meat Sciences department of Texas A&M, then toured many historic barbecue temples of Central Texas. Returning to Seattle, he bought an offset smoker, imported some post oak, mesquite and hickory, and started the Seattle Brisket Experience.After more than a year of practicing the art of barbecue, and serving old-school, succulent smoked meats to thousands of Northwest BBQ fans at ‘BBQ Raves’, Jack opened his first restaurant in the South of Downtown (SoDo) area of Seattle – Jack’s BBQ in 2014.At our newest location on the border of Bellevue and Redmond, we serve authentic Central Texas Barbecue with Brisket, Ribs, Sausage and Chicken.     Enzo’s is one of those places where you always feel like you’re coming home. The food is amazing and the service is both friendly and professional. I’ve been eating at Enzo’s for several years. Everyone I bring start to make it their own. This is my second year having Thanksgiving dinner at Enzo’s and it knocked my socks off! Delicious and plentiful. A perfect balance of Italian favorites and traditional turkey with all the fixings. Thanks, Enzo’s!! See you again soon.

    The restaurant did an amazing job dealing with a power outage in nearby neighborhoods meaning it was packed! Our server was so busy managing many tables yet our drinks and meals were served in a timely manner. The food was well-prepared and delicious. Recommend pasta carbonara and spaghetti bolognese. Also, the Barbera and Chianti wines by the glass were very nice.

    Our experience from arrival to departure was outstanding! The food was AMAZING, the service was top-tier (everyone was so attentive!), and the ambiance was delightful. They went above and beyond to make my loved one's birthday celebration wonderful. Recommendation: High!

    A friend and I enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea with a good selection of teas and delicious savories and sweets. Bubbly options are also offered. Service was friendly and gracious. Highly recommend.
