Meat, fish and dairy are locally sourced, where possible, from humanely treated, pasture-fed animals free of antibiotics and hormones. Kitchen Notes is open and serving a new menu created by Chef Jon Moore, of course we still have our fresh biscuits. With breakfast that includes Home Style Grits, Nashville Hot Fried Chicken and more to start off your day. We were previously known as Zeppelin, but we have rebranded with a new name, new concept, and a new menu. Don't worry though- we still have the same great staff and atmosphere!
