Dear Valued Customers , The Ambassador Training Restaurant is a TAFE NSW licensed venue. Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment. As we are a licenced venue BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised through your OpenTable platform booking in advance. Meals will be served alternate drop - meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and limited facility for alterations. The payments will be paid after your meal, and we do not accept cash or split bills.We only take reservations via OpenTable.     Dining here was amazing!! So once to have local jazz and delicious food offered locally. It is usually something I travel into the city CBD for but look no further! The staff were so proactive in helping and serving, not the mention the food was delicious. I really hope they keep the Sunday night jazz and cocktail deal as it was definitely a seller for making me a repeat customer.

    The Spring high tea set is amazing 🤩 beautiful and tasty. Impressive for all the little details, even for the small tiny handbag shape cake, it has 2 filling inside. The texture is very smooth and it will tickle your taste buds. Staffs are friendly and attentive.

    The server who had us was fantastic! He kept coming over to make sure everything was great and it was! The recommended (non-alcoholic) jug was amazing, would go there again
