Named after the year the hotel was opened is Trump Turnberry’s signature restaurant in Ayr, 1906. With an unrivalled coastal location, and views stretching for miles, the chefs at Trump Turnberry take inspiration from the land and sea surrounding the resort to produce the dishes found on the 1906 menu.There are few places where food, wine and location come together as beautifully as 1906, where the philosophy of “progress in harmony with the past” is taken to heart. Working closely with local suppliers, the Trump Turnberry chef’s have created the indigenous 1906 menu using a medley of seasonal, Scottish ingredients. Each dish featured is a classic, that would be instantly recognisable to any one of our guests over the past hundred years

    This is second time my husband & I have had a meal here. Food is amazing & plentiful. Menu has lots on it & spoilt for choice. Tables are spread apart & total privacy. Staff are very attentive & makes whole experience in Duel in Sun a fab one. Will definitely be back soon.

    First time trying the Stravaig & it was amazing. The decor is outstanding. We had drinks in the bar before dinner & had an amazing selection. We then had a two course meal & absolutely loved every bit of it! The staff were incredibly friendly & couldn’t have done more to make it an amazing night! Great value for money & will definitely be back! Will be recommending family & friends to give it a try!

    We have been at Turnberry many times but last night was definitely the best one yet. Food was 10/10 and our server Mo was extremely attentive, warming and provided an outstanding service! Can’t wait to come back! Thank you!
