We bought La Casa della Pasta in 2017 and moved from our home in the Langhe in Piedmont, located in the northwest of Italy to the sunshine state. We have always been passionate about food and wine and would like to share the authentic Italian cuisine we know and love with you! While our time at La Casa della Pasta is just beginning, we have spent many years in the restaurant industry and are eager to share our delicious food with you!     Birkin's has great food (my wife if a stickler for her escargot and she loved it at Berkin's). The steak was excellent, while my wife said the lamb was the best she has had in a while. We had the bread and mac & cheese with the meal, which were good also. We had the creme Brule which was good also. Overall the food was great (on par with Ruth's Chris and the like). Atmosphere was good (pretty open room). Definitely on our list of places to return.

    Made a reservation and did not wait at all-on Christmas Eve!! The quality and presentation of the food was absolutely amazing. Service was quick and she was very personable. Will DEFINITELY go back and recommend to all of my friends

    We had an amazing experience here on Friday Sept 13. We arrived a little later than our reservation but they accommodated us with no problem. Our server was extremely friendly and helpful. We ordered to gyro platters and it came with salad that was so big I almost got full just off of that. Our food also came with yummy Greek fries. I had so much food left over I was able to take it to work the next day. I use to come here all the time when I was younger so I’m glad our experience was just as good as it use to be. We will be back!
