Absolutely lovely Had people from the mainland with us and they said it was awesome

We had a bad experience a couple of years ago, but this trip was exceptional (we indulged way too much) Only negative was the pasta which was overcooked, but other than that, thank you.

My partner and I were visiting his daughter in Launceston and we really struggled to find a restaurant in the period so aptly titled the festive perineum. I used trip advisor to search for the quality places to dine and although Diverge landed 12th on the listing, it had received rave reviews in the previous two weeks, so we booked. The food was outstanding with a genuine focus on Tasmanian produce, wine and sparkling wine. Staff were fun and generous with their time with all patrons. This place is a sleeping giant. Don’t be put off that it’s attached to a hotel. It’s good!!! Really bloody good!!!

Fantastic food great atmosphere, will definitely go back
