A wonderful experience of lunch in the beautifully refurbished Murray Arms.

Absolutely gorgeous! It is the best place to eat in Whitehaven. Great service and amazing food.

The Globe in has various rooms for eating in - we were in the ground floor bar and it was lovely. The Open Table booking site makes things very confusing - better to just contact the restaurant.

Haggis Scotch egg, Smash burger, Beef featherblade, Mars bar baked Alaska and Banoffee waffle. Scocth Egg was delicious not to spicy Beef fearherblade was lovely melt in mouth Couldn't go to Back Street Restaurant without try Baked Alaska it was truly delicious. All washed down with Mayfly white wine, all went down a treat. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will hopefully be back .
