An extremely disappointing experience. It was a very special night out with dear friends. Reservation was made over 2 weeks in advance and followed up with a phone call from the restaurant the day of. At no time were we told there was a 2 hour limit. And yet, before the 2 hours was up, a hostess came over, and loudly stated we had to leave. They had another reservation and needed the table. So many better ways to handle this. Then, to top it off, as we were leaving the woman who apparently was in charge, defended their actions. No apology. No ownership of not alerting us to this policy during the holidays. Horrible horrible customer service. We will not be going back, and we will be sharing this nightmare .

We were there before a show across the street, so it was very busy as many other patrons were there as well. Our waiter, Omar, was very good and very busy. He could not seem to hold onto the fact that my friend has a lot of dietary restrictions, and kept recommending things to her that would not fit her diet. But that was a minor thing to deal with. Overall, I like Nicole is very much and will continue to support them.

We absolutely love the experience of dining at Nicolettas. The staff is extraordinary the greeting so warm and friendly and they always even call me by my first name. It is so impressive and such a mark of a restaurant that cares about what they do The weight staff is also amazing excellent at describing the menu and answering any questions and efficient and competent in serving. This may sound silly, but I am so appreciative of the very clean restrooms to me. This is also a sign of a fine establishment which Nicoletta’s most certainly is Not only is it fun to have a wonderful meal here, but we love the shopping experience and the catering availability as well. Thank you so much for enriching our lives with your fine restaurant. We are very elderly now and finding a restaurant that meets our needs and is willing to accommodate my disability is so special. We are very very grateful Patricia Flaccus.

Had a festive holiday lunch. From what I could tell, so did everyone else eating lunch today. Was greeted with a special drink in celebration of their 12th year in business. Wait staff was attentive, and the food was exceptional. Unless you are looking for a quiet lunch away from activity, Nicoletta's gets all five stars!
