We loved our visit at Nobu for our 7 year anniversary we will definitely be going back.

The food and cocktails were amazing. Every single thing that we ordered was absolutely delicious. Our server was also extremely wonderful and her recommendations were splendid. Furthermore, the attention to detail regarding the service was impeccable. When we were seated, a gentleman came by and immediately replaced our white linen napkins with black ones, since we were wearing black, as to not get any white fibers or lint on our clothes. He also brought my fiancée a purse holder. Our experience was perfect, and we will definitely be returning.

I was super excited to go to Nobu for the first time and was highly disappointed because there were no hot dishes. I was looking forward to many hot meals when reviewing the menu. I didn’t get a call prior to attending the reservation with the update or I would have chosen another location for the evening. Although our cold dishes were good, a heads up would’ve been appreciated that half the menu was unavailable.

We were really looking forward to our Valentine’s Day dinner, which also happened to be our 15th wedding anniversary, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. Our table was placed directly in the middle of a busy walkway leading to the kitchen, and we had to rearrange our chairs just to avoid being constantly bumped by servers passing by. It took over five minutes just to receive menus and more than 10 minutes to place our drink order and then it took over 15 more minutes to actually receive the drinks. It was clear that the server was overwhelmed, and the restaurant seemed significantly understaffed for such a busy evening. Despite spending over $800 on the meal, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. We understand that holidays can be hectic, but better planning and organization should have been in place to accommodate guests who came out expecting a special night. Unfortunately, this was the worst dining experience we've had, and we won’t be returning.

SO disappointed! We’ve been to many Nobu locations (LA, NYC, Denver, D.C., Dallas), and always enjoyed it. I’m a big fan of the cooked items (Miso Cod, Ponzi Crab). AFTER we were seated and served our drinks, we were told if we wanted anything cooked, we would have to order the prix fixe meal. There was nothing on this menu I would have ordered. If we had been warned ahead of time, we would have cancelled. To add insult to injury, the “cooked” items were served at room temperature. Truly awful! We will NOT be coming back.
