It seemed like the kitchen and the bar were really backed up. We observed tons of take out orders. Perhaps you should shut down take out for a bit if your kitchen cant keep up with the dining room. Even bread and water took forever. Short ribs were served 10mins after everyone else got their food. To make up for delayed short ribs, manager offered a bowl of free soup. Which we accepted. Soup was served without a spoon. We had to chase down the manager for a spoon. He provided a cappucino spoon instead of a soup spoon. We had to chase down someone else to give us a correct spoon. Once short ribs arrived, the dish was cold. No sauce. Underwhelming to say the least. Pizza was burned. But we were so hungry by the time entrees were served that we just ate it. Our server did her very best. We do not blame her. Chicken parm was fine. Salads and salmon were fine. Wine was VERY GOOD. All in all this was one of the most disappointing dining experiences we have had. It was my birthday dinner. And the experience was so frustrating that i decided against dessert and a happy birthday song from my family. For what it's worth, we eat out as a couple at least 3 times a week. North will not be a place we revisit.

Meal was very good. Service was a little slow with the appetizer being cold and arriving just minutes before the meal. Other than that the overall experience was very good.

When we entered it was quite loud but after being seated it got manageable. The food was amazing and so were the drinks. My partners food did arrive cold and she did receive another plate. My pizza also wasn’t the warmest but it was still very good. The tortelloni was delicious and creamy and the presentation was amazing. The margarita pizza was also delicious. The hot honey pizza was by far one of the best parts of the meal, it came at the perfect temperature and it was the perfect mix of spicy, savory, and sweet. The crust on all the pizzas was soft and fluffy. We also ordered the truffle garlic bread with the house made ricotta which was amazing. I usually hate ricotta but it was so flavorful, herby, and soft. I would say it is definitely a bit overpriced but it’s to be expected. My glass of wine was 12.50 and I loved it but when I went to see how much a bottle was to buy it on my own time, it was sold for around 16.99 but once again, it’s expected for a restaurant like this. The staff were very kinda and attentive. I can’t remember what our waitresses name was but she had been amazing. I would definitely visit again and I 100% recommend it.

What an outstanding experience! We sat at the bar and Mike took great care of us-we had excellent cocktails crafted with Hendricks gin and raspberry to start- We split an order of the Cacio e Pepe Arancini and wonderful entrees. I had their new addition of Lumache Norcina with sausage, rapini and a wonderful crema. Delicious! My wife had scallops with added on cippolini onions. Mike paired us with a great light red wine and it was perfection! Cynthia also added to the dining experience by helping us out a lot. Go!

We really like North. But they had a bad night with timing and ticket times being 45 minutes with food arriving at different times. The bolognese is usually really good it was just fair the sauce was runny and not as good as normal. The shrimp, Caesar salad and arancini were awesome. Great place just off night not writing this to criticize just to illustrate everyone can have a bad day/night so we need to provide some grace.
