Nostrana—literally ours—invokes local. Simple food from honest ingredients. Pure, regional, Italian. Opened in 2005, Nostrana is Chef/Owner Cathy Whims’ love letter to Italy. This is a restaurant built on relationships: with our amazing farmers and purveyors, our dedicated staff, and of course with you, our guest.

We hope to offer something timeless and authentic in a beautiful space, the regional specialties of Italy deeply rooted in the Pacific Northwest. We strive to be better every day.

We're currently reserving indoor tables and bar seating. When available, outdoor patio reservations may be subject to weather disruptions.

A Service Charge of 22% is applied to all checks at Nostrana, providing a professional and equitable wage for all team members.

The cork bar stools next door are amongst the most uncomfortable seats. Almost immediately my body was hurting. Made the wait extremely hard to not just leave

Overpriced, food was excellent, services just OK, very loud. 22% automatic service charge applied and waitress made a pitch. Most people pay more on the tip that would go directly to her the server. The 22% was being shared.

Nostrana is a consistently great restaurant. Food and service are outstanding. Our server Emma was fantastic. Made us feel like we knew her our entire lives. Please ask for Emma when you do.

Had to wait for our table. Booked in advance. Nice ambiance. Good service was quite slow. Servers were kind. Hostess not so great.

Sat at bar in Enoteca for Happy Hour. More laid back than main dining. Good pizza, salad and $10 “dealer’s choice” red wine made for a less expensive Nostrana experience. Friendly bar tender. Uncomfortable bar stools, draft from front door took the evening down a star for me.

Food was okay, drinks were nice, service was slow. I felt odd to get notice we had the table for 2 hours and be there an hour and a half before the food came. Feels more commercial than I remember and enjoyed before. The 22% service fee is fine but confusing and feels unnecessary. Work your payroll into the cost of the menu items and don’t play a game so the customer has to take the responsibility.

Every dish we had was incredible. The service was great, the sommelier was knowledgeable. Everything was perfect.
