Or join us for al fresco dining on our open-air patio, as the dolphins and manatee swim by. Winner of many awards both locally and nationally, including an Excellence rating from Zagat as well as being listed as the number one restaurant in America in Power and Motoryacht Magazine for dock and dine. Ophelia's on the Bay has also been voted most romantic, best waterfront and best restaurant with a view by its loyal customers. This is a great high-end restaurant. The best meal we’ve had in 8 years in the Sarasota area.

Loved sitting outside by the water. Our waitress was superb in her knowledge, recommendations, and friendly and never felt rushed. She took her time listening to us. Food was very good. Only reason for my lower rating is the price was higher than I would think should be charged for very good food, it was priced as if it was 'out of this world great', We were surprised how high our bill was (~$200) when we split 1 appetizer 4 ways, 2 cocktail, split 1 salad, split 1 entree, split 1 glass of wine, split 1 desert and 1 cup coffee. I recommend Ophelia's on the Bay, just be prepared to spend $$$$

Our service was terrible for such an expensive high end restaurant. My husbands meal for 60 dollars was the smallest portion. Much better dining options with better service, food and portion sizw

We visited Ophelia's after a bit of a hiatus. Better than ever. Such a nice spot on the intercoastal. More importantly, all 4 of us were delighted with our dinners. Excellent service. Worth the drive.
