Parker's Bistro is a quaint restaurant located in downtown Sioux Falls. Opened in September of '09, Parker's has enjoyed being an important addition to the downtown experience. Our mission is to provide excellent food quality paired with exceptional drink and service. Parker's strives to utilize local organic ingredients with fresh fish flown in twice a week for the very popular weekly fish special. In addition, Parker's has an extensive wine and beer list as well as a full bar.

Here at Parker's, we believe in the total experience and each detail that goes into the experience. Please understand that the typical time to dine a full meal with us is around two hours and sometimes longer. When making a dinner reservation, please consider that timing if you have to enjoy another obligation afterwards.

    Our Service was not good at all. The gentleman who served us was always in hurry. My guest commented that it seems like we were an annoyance rather than a paying customers to this fine dining restaurant. My guest had scallops and I had the special seared fish. They both were ok. We wouldn't make a special trip to go again to order those dishes for the price they charge for those dishes. We definitely have had lot better experiences at other fine dining places in Sioux Falls.

    Our server was great. Knowledgeable about the menu and specials. Fun to talk to. We were sat right away. We loved being by the window up front and even though it’s winter it wasn’t cold. Food was great as usual!

    Love the new Myrtle’s side. The bright, cheery atmosphere and the big windows! Food is always good.

    The service, food, drinks, and ambience are second to none. The meals are pricey but so decadent and unique that it’s worth the higher price.

    Good food. Not a great value compared to other high end restaurants. The service and ambience were great. Menu is limited so i expected great food. Disappointed.
