Owned by brothers John-Thomas and Christopher Scott, Parker's on Ponce is Decatur's first independently owned steakhouse. The Scott family has always been extremely involved in the local community, including local government. The restaurant is named after John-Thomas' 12 year old daughter, Parker. The whole family is often seen at the restaurant - it is not a business to them, but a home - and they treat guests of the restaurant as family as well.

                                                                                                        Our dinner was quite enjoyable as we were meeting with ministers who were visiting from out of town. The atmosphere was enjoyable as we were able to speak without shouting above the noise. Also, the server Luna, was excellent. She was friendly, attentive and professional. Our visiting guests were very impressed with the venue. Most of all, the food was delicious!

                                                                                                        The cosmopolitan was exceptional. It was a nice venue to have a quiet dinner for two with live music played on a beautiful baby grand piano and an eloquent and tranquil ambiance.

                                                                                                        Excellent food, atmosphere and service. Our waitress Carolyn was very friendly and helpful with the menu. Love the vibe in the restaurant I was happy to see someone playing the piano live. The ribeye steak and the rack of lamb were perfectly made. I will definitely visit Parkers on Ponce again!
