Welcome to Pascal's On Ponce, Contemporary French Cuisine featuring local ingredients, prepared fresh when ordered and using the classical French Cooking Techniques in Coral Gables FL, since 2000.

Award-winning Pascal’s on Ponce, the 55-seat, upscale, yet unpretentious French restaurant in Coral Gables has wowed critics and diners for years by virtue of its delicious fare, impeccable service and charming atmosphere. The restaurant’s success is owned by critically acclaimed chef/owner Pascal Oudin, who insists on creating an elegant French dining experience without the fussiness and reminiscent of a classic Parisian bistro. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Food was very good. The hostess/server was outstanding and very knowledgeable about the menu. Two suggestions: 1. Train the “water boys” to respond with something other than “No problem” when thanked; 2. Improve ventilation - kitchen smells and vapors could be felt in the dining room and restroom.

Been here many times. That should tell you what you need to know. Great ambience, music, wine, food and service. Expect to pay at the higher end but a great experience.

We had an amazing dinner at Pascal’s and enjoyed its intimate ambience, excellent service, and elevated food! We began with the rich cheese soufflé & lobster bisque, then enjoyed the artfully prepared wild salmon and scallops with short rib, and ended with heavenly soufflés, both delicate grand marnier and decadent chocolate. A bottle of 2015 Margaux accompanied the whole wonderful evening. This place is a gem & we will definitely be back!
