Shore Leave is our interpretation of a tropical escape through the lens of our love for Boston’s rich dining scene. Named after a sailor’s leisure time on dry land, Shore Leave’s tropical cocktails take you away from the hustle and bustle. This space, music, and our Shore Leave team, make every moment here feel like watching the sun go down with your feet in the sand. Off the main drag, just below the street in Boston’s South End, Shore Leave brings you on an everyday vacation. Options are available for regular dining or the OMAKASE EXPERIENCE. We do not take reservations for "just drinks", so cancellation fees will apply. Just drinks? Walk in for bar seats! We ID at the door. Underage guests are permitted but not permitted at the bar. Live entertainment! On Fridays Shore Leave hosts Drag Race viewings at 8p and The People's Karaoke at 10p. The surf rock band The Electric Heaters play the first Thursday of every month beginning at 8p. Entertainment varies so call for details!

Chef Colin Lynch leads the inventive omakase menu, where Japanese technique and his creative interpretation of a sushi-ya are presented each evening over approximately 14 courses. Join us in a shared intimate experience with a thoughtfully curated menu, served directly by our chefs. A magnetized world map will highlight the areas from which the menus fish is sourced. Luxurious extras, like Black Truffle and Ossetra Caviar, can be added on during your experience. Towards the end of the omakase, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy extra bites.
