Socarrat Paella Bar - Nolita is now accepting reservations for indoor and outdoor dining, weather permitting. In the case where we need to close outdoor seating due to inclement weather, we will contact you the day of your reservation. Socarrat, the quintessence of the perfect paella and for which the restaurant is named, is the delectable, sensuous crust that forms on the bottom of the paella pan when the liquid is rendered and the rice reaches its peak of succulence. Een week in New York geweest. Lekkerste tot nu toe. Alles zeer netjes. Ruimte genoeg. Propere toiletten. Vriendelijke bediening! Kan niet altijd gezegd worden over de mensen in New York :) Voor herhaling vatbaar. Zeker een aanrader. Goedkoper dan de meeste restaurants.
