Shauna (spelling?) was a fantastic server. She walked us through the entire menu and made sure all of our items came out staggered. The bartender was a bit slow but this comes with the newness of the restaurant still. The mocktail was great as well as their herbal hot tea selection. My absolute fave part of the meal was the dumplings/pierogis with apple butter. But everything we got was incredible. Including the salmon Wellington. WOW.

I took a friend to 1931 to celebrate her retirement and she loved the salmon she ordered. There was a piano player in the lounge, which added to the lovely ambiance of this restaurant. Our server was helpful and welcoming.
