Arch City Tavern is a contemporary gastropub located in the heart of the Short North. Guests can stop in for lunch, dinner & late night to enjoy local craft beer, seasonal cocktails and recipes prepared with locally sourced ingredients. Make sure to check out the decor and 20-foot pencil drawing of Old Columbus for a taste of the area's history. Come visit us for Happy Hour M-F 3-6:00pm and weekend brunch Sat & Sun 11am-3pm.Reservations are limited. We save a majority of our tables for walk-in seating. We start with free range, all-natural Amish chicken. It’s brined, dredged, then dropped into custom-built fryers. It's got a little kick and is served with our house-made hot honey. I live fried chicken, but I don't get it often. I had the crispy fried chicken sandwich and my daughter had Mac and cheese. We split the fries. She loved her Mac and cheese and my sandwich was delicious. Coating was crispy and didn't hurt your mouth biting into it. The fries had an herb seasoning and I finished them they were so go9d. I can't wait to go back and try the horseradish mashed potatoes! A shout out to Megan. She knew her stuff and was so happy and friendly.
