Spark Beer and Pizza opened in 2020 with a goal to produce and serve the best lagers, hoppy, sour and Belgian influenced beers possible. Owners Andrea and John have lived in and around Chinatown for over 20 years and, along with chef Jeff, set up shop steps away from the beautiful Chinatown archway.
